DATE & LOCATION: June 8-10, 2026

NAPLA 2026 will be held in Providence, Rhode Island. The conference will be held Monday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 10.

Programs will be held at UMass Law on Monday, June 8; at Roger Williams Law on Tuesday, June 9; and at the conference hotel on the morning of June 10 (we will adjourn at midday). Transportation between the conference hotel and the two law schools will be provided.

Check out the official event app:

CONFERENCE HOTEL is Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel

The conference hotel is the Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel, located at 5 Avenue of the Arts; the hotel is directly next to the Rhode Island State House.  The NAPLA room block covers Sunday, June 7 through Wednesday, June 10, at a special rate of $239 per night; attendees may reserve rooms for some or all nights in the NAPLA block at that rate.  Please be advised that the special NAPLA rate is guaranteed only through May 24, or until the room block has sold out (which might happen before that deadline … so book your rooms as soon as you can).

Hotel Block Reservation Link.

Attendees must provide their own transportation to Providence.  The hotel is a 25-minute drive from T.F. Green Airport … but be advised that the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the Providence Amtrak station (you will see the hotel in front of you as soon as you exit the station), which makes the train potentially a very convenient travel option.  For attendees wishing to drive to the conference, parking for hotel guests is $40 per night with in/out privileges.
