Law School & Exhibitor Conference Registration Information

Please provide full registration for one rep. and the names/emails of your additional reps. attending (labeled as guests), as permitted under your sponsorship level. Once sponsorship is paid, SNAPLA will reach out to you with a CODE for your additional reps. to fully register.

Sponsors will be able to substitute team members attending where necessary.

Sponsorship Details:

• Sponsors can participate in all conference sessions.
• Tabling will only be offered during the fair on Tuesday, June 17th and will not be allowed outside of the fair.
• Only representatives who registered for the conference are allowed to attend the fair.
• Refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.

To guarantee that your ad will appear in the Digital Conference Booklet and that a Table will be available at the Fair, Law Schools and Sponsors must register by June 1, 2025.

APPROXIMATE DRAFT BUDGET: $1,660

This budget below is a draft budget to help PLAs plan and seek budget approval from their home institutions.

*Conference registration includes transport from the conference hotel to and from William and Mary on June 16, and to and from Richmond Law on June 17 and 18. Attendees must arrange their own transportation from the airport to the conference hotel (Uber/Taxi is approximately $60, including tip, each way).  

**Conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on June 16, 17, and 18. Attendees are responsible for their own dinner each night.
